Jerald is on the front line of DASI's technical support hotline. He is dedicated to addressing customers issues from the mundane to the most advanced topics. Jerald prides himself on customer technical support satisfaction. He has been with DASI since 2004. Jerald attended the University of Michigan-Flint for Engineering Sciences.
